Perfect blend

This restaurant has both the best chinese and the best fish dish I have ever tasted... in the same bowl! The Spicy Fish is a really incredible dish, but unlike the previous reviewer I didn't find that it stuck around until the next morning.

The Spicy Fish has a beautiful burn to it with flavourful, melt in the mouth fish which still stays together in the dish. The best thing I found though was that within 10 minutes of eating the burn had all but subsided. I have no idea how they do it, but I will return to this restaurant every time I visit Melbourne.
