Not happy jam!!

Spicy Fish was recommended by a friend who was raving on about how great the food was. I thought I would test out the restaurant in Glen Waverley only because I love SPICY food and it was recommended by a friend.We ordered Fish head soup which had no flavour, fried beans with minced pork in sezchuan sauce and the beans tasted like rubber and sezchuan sauce was more like burnt garlic, fried soft crab was disgusting I think Mc Donalds is even better and I hate Mc Donalds. I had asked the manager for freshly chopped chilli and he said that due to store policy we can't provide fresh CHILLIES because it's too expensive! I was furious, afterall I eat out alot and no restaurant has refused to serve fresh chillies, this is the first restaurant I have encountered. My overall experience was bad, I felt unwelcomed by the manager and the service mainly by the manager was very upsetting and rude. I will never go back there and I will pass the words around.
