Mao's

No food, no service and no apology

We had a reservation for 4 at 8:15pm. We fulfilled our obligations as patrons by arriving on time and with a positive outlook. Our friends had wonderful things to say about Mao's.
I'll cut to the chase. The waiters forgot to open our wine. By 10:15pm our main had not arrived. We had ordered our food at 8:30pm...1hr and 45min is a ridiculous wait for food. Needless to say we paid for the beverages, corkage and left. No food, no service and no apology.
