Andrew's Burgers

Before the current fad of boutique burger joints with catchy designer burger names, there was Andrew's Burgers in Albert Park. You know this ain't your normal burger joint when you are told that the wait on your burgers will be 20 mins. The grill team flips, dices and sauces, filling the burger joint with the delicious smell of grilled meat and onions and eliciting Pavlovian reactions from the line of hungry punters (there is always a line). Wrapped up in a brown paper bag, the burger is a pretty substantial offering, with nice big buns, thick slices of tomato and cheese with a traditional style onion and mince pattie. It should be eaten right away, and eaten fast. Hesitate and it can come apart in your hands. This is definitely a scoff down in ravenous hunger burger.
