McCulloch Gallery

Culture lives in the city. Listen and you will hear the heart of Melbourne’s thriving art movement beating strong. And it will not be silenced.
Passion for art and its history was what it took for Alex McCulloch to convert an abandoned carpark into a gallery celebrating young emerging talent. And it doesn’t just feature paintings and installations.
Groove to the beats of freestyle DJ-ing, be captivated by original theatrical performances or lose yourself in the recital of a good book reading if conventional artwork doesn’t cut it for you. McCulloch Gallery aims to become a cultural precinct, gathering all the young, undiscovered, creative talent into one place. Amongst the freshest creations are works by Indigenous artists, students from the local universities and street artists. A refreshing change from the more ‘cultured’ art galleries around our city.
Art includes all and excludes none. Enrich your senses no matter where your interests lie. Cultivate your eye for art and appreciate what McCulloch has to offer.
